- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- Profiles must represent a real person seeking marriage (self or family member as declared)
- We may suspend or remove profiles that appear fake, abusive, or misleading
- Photos and documents must not violate others’ rights or contain inappropriate content
4. Membership & Payments
- Free membership includes limited features as described on our Membership and Plans pages
- Paid plans unlock additional features such as messaging, contact viewing tokens, and advanced search
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; fees are generally non-refundable once services are delivered, except where required by law or our refund policy
- Contact tokens and plan benefits apply to your account as credited after successful payment
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or solicit other members inappropriately
- Share another member’s contact details without consent
- Use the platform for commercial advertising or spam
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the website
- Create multiple fake accounts
6. No Guarantee of Marriage
SanyogRishtey.com is a facilitation platform. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, receive responses, or enter into marriage. Interactions between members are their own responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
Website design, logos, and content belonging to SanyogRishtey.com are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. You retain rights to content you upload, and grant us a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between members, offline meetings, or damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice when necessary to protect members or the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
